We enjoyed our stay at the historical house, hosted by Bernie. He welcomed us after a delayed flight. We enjoyed the use of the living space, and kitchen. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We enjoyed meeting other travelers staying there and sharing their experiences. Our visit to the Yukon was made more enjoyable !
Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Host is generous with local information and took time to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. This gem is well located right in the downtown area and walking distance to everything. I would stay here again.
Bernie and Pam are amazing! My family had a wonderful time staying with them for a week. My son calls it our Yukon home, because that's what it felt like. It was clean and well kept. They were friendly and welcoming. The backyard was a great gathering place to meet fellow travelers. Bernie is an amazing host, telling great stories of the Yukon, surrounded by his beautiful garden.
Pam and Bernie are really nice hosts. The space was big enough to accomodate a group of us quite comfortable. Nice kitchen space. Very warm despite the time of year, especially for a heritage house.
Bernie was fantastic, a great human, very warm. The house itself is very quaint, small, with great facilities, comfy beds, warm atmosphere.
This charming character home within walking distance to downtown has everything you need for a self-sufficient stay. Bernie, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. There are only two bedrooms upstairs, and a basement suite, which makes it a very private stay. The shared kitchen and living room are kept in the historical style, with a modernized private bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!
Super comfortable, easy to come and go and walking distance to Whitehorse downtown. Beautiful gardens! Much homier and more pleasant than a hotel, the kitchen is lovely and it's so nice to make home made meals when traveling. Highly recommend.
Very quaint old time guesthouse in the heart of Whitehorse! We loved it! Very helpful staff who live next door. The furnishings are quite dated, which I personally think adds to it, so if you're fine with that, don't miss it!
